I not only found a new apartment but I'm going to start moving in a few days!! Happyness! It's great timeing too because the atmosphere at my old place is becoming Toxic, I've been trying to spend as little time there as possible, everytime I'm there I feel like it's eroding my soul. We need to hang out again soon, I'm missing your company, and I'm very sorry to hear about your freind, you're in my thoughts.
